    Not the Altuve call! The 3-2 count walk to Delgado. Inning ender! Out of the inning without all the extra pitches and a 3-1 lead! No Altuve at bat. No Alvarez. ……..and crickets……..

    When Ryan and Caratini see the replay the will both be crushed. They both could have challenged. A perfect game altering time to challenge. Perfect time. Way better than the idiots challenging on an insignificant 0-0 count with nobody on base in the second inning, right Martin (not this game but some others).

    They showed the ABS and it was!!

    ABS calling accurate balls and strikes all the time fixes all these outcomes that change every game in difference to the players actual performance. The players should be the human element only.

    Come on Caratini! That was an inning closer! The BEST kind to challenge. it was certainly close enough even if you would have lost it. But you wouldn’t have!!!! Challenge system STILL inadequate.

    Lewis owes us at least one run. Should’ve been out of the inning. Instead he tags Ryan with a hit and subsequent earned run. And all the extra pitches leading to a blowpen appearance earlier.

    Amazing that they are inept as an organization to keep using Funderburk at all. But then, they dug their own grave. Just sickening. Over and over and over.

    That’s a 100 loss season plan. With last year’s bullpen, and the same runs scored by this team, this Twins” team would be comfortably leading the division right now. Sell out and make the team better? Fat chance. Can the bullpen be improved enough to dynamically save this team at this juncture? Fat chance. Falvey and last year’s Pohlad built this seemingly inescapable inevitable impending doom, regardless.

    This team would be comfortably leading the ALC if they had a reliable bullpen. Maybe even if they just had not inexplicably traded Varland. That play in the 9th after Banda had given up the 3rd deck homer to go behind 8-7, where 4 Twins ended up flailing on the ground for the shallow pop up behind second was a detail of a picture of this season. It didn’t end up costing any further run damage, but what a snapshot

    The point is, he is ALL he has done. We all are. What will be is to be witnessed. History should be as complete and accurate as possible. If you want to believe complete history is negative instead of factual, go ahead.

    What? Not another “the new Ace” article? Great value for Duran. And Tait is all the way up to A ball and .227. Elusive prospect value that everyone wants to always trade our best players for……. always the next core, The core that you trade when they almost get there ….. for prospects again. Prospects that never core up, so you start the cycle again.

    Those two one run games were so frustrating. Buxton sure had a lot of chances to be our hero. Other than the Otani matching no pressure first inning solo homer in the first game, he sure could have changed this series story. So close….. again and again.

    While I can’t see the game, the Gameday reads like we are giving away runs with walks, bad throws, and bad sends. How is it looking?

    I sure misunderstood what TwinsTV restrictions were. I finally bought it during the week long 1/2 price $44 sale about month or so ago. I understood from conversations that there were no Twins game blackouts with this one club deal now. That is true…… but only if you are physically accessing stream in Twins Territory. If I am in the LA area today, or any other team’s broadcast cast area and the Twins are even playing them at home at Target, it is still blacked out. Damn. Should have actually read the fine print. VPN? It seems MLBTV is savvy and detects anyway. Double damn. Championship game of CWS is exciting, though, tonight.

    Well sure. I got problems, but reading ain’t one of them. And it was in the article again. I also remember Bradley had a couple great games in a row….. and Ober had a couple. Point is still the same. You have to be Abel to stay on the field. 😇. And it takes more than a couple games, a lot more, to engage in serious ace chatter. We might not see that now until 2028. (Surgery this year and out all next then too…. ST 2028…. ) Would be great to see it happen, though, eh? Then we could trade him to do the minor league prospect dance for another 3 years. I read about Tait’s recent 11 game hot streak all the way up in A ball, too. Also read that brings him up to .217 on the year.

    I know it’s not fair, but every time I see Prielipp (#48, 2022), I think of The Miz (#63). And Misiorowski wasn’t out of all of 2022 and most of 2021, A lot of GMs missed that one, some more than once and twice. Maybe Conner will get there……

    Wow. Hope and Dreams on Steroids! Maybe revisit this when he actually stays on the field for a season. Maybe even 2 months, eh? Tait and Abel not really making the team better for the prize of Duran. Unless you like minor league value. Sure….. time and patience. Hope and Dreams.
