Sad to see KAT go after 9 years, BUT....This will help the Wolves be able to retain talent around Ant for the next 4-5 years. Was a scary proposition to have to pay KAT $49M (age 29), $53M (30), $57M (31), and $61M (32).
I buy the NBA League Pass despite the fact that the Timberwolves are blacked out. I also had the Bally Sports app so I can watch the Timberwolves.
Would definitely have kept my Bally's subscription had the Twins been streamed on the app. Not sure who's at fault between MLB, the Twins, or Bally's, but guessing there are a lot of others like me.
For those of you who have access to The Athletic, they have some good graphics and videos of what the new kickoff rule will look like. I kinda like it...Touchbacks 90% of the time have rendered kickoffs as so boring. And this should help curb injuries that occurred on traditional kickoffs.

According to this (https://www.mlb.com/news/tyler-glasnow-manuel-margot-traded-to-dodgers), TB sent $4 million to LAD in the original trade. Perhaps that cash is sent the Twins way?
If there are any West All-Stars that cannot play due to injury, my guess is that the NBA would name one of the 2 Sacramento Kings players that were both worthy of selection rather than picking a 3rd Timberwolf.
Wow, that's a forgotten one-hit wonder.
What a time....Loved sitting down at my grandparent's house (who actually had cable TV!) and watching MTV videos for hours.
Likely prepare yourself for a bit of mediocrity over the next month. Our next 15 games are all against teams over .500. Gonna be a struggle, especially with Ant out or not at 100%.

"A high-ranking team official confirmed health isn’t a factor in the decision; the Twins instead want a change in the booth. Other than a statement in the team’s press release, Bremer declined to comment."
Someone on Twitter mentioned that this surgery would require a 6-8 month rehab? If so, that would mean a return sometime between April and June of next year. Who's our opening day 1B?
This is true. There are a lot of tickets available for very cheap on the various ticket apps. If you are in town and able to get out of work, go to the game! Wish I could...
This is really a tough call. 1991 was amazing, but 1993 - 2001 years were just brutal. And on the other hand, 2002-2010 years were a whole lot of fun.
I think I might have to choose being competitive and in the playoff mix every year.
Sorry for continuing the DFA Gallo discussion, but get Kyle Garlick up here! He's played 158 innings at 1B in St. Paul and his defense seems to just fine.
