    I hope they put Garver at First base weekly so he doesn't wear himself out catching every game, now that we only have One good catcher....Maybe put Buxton on first because I dont think he can hurt himself there?

    Stats aside, Eddie made the ESPN hilites reel for fielding....and The fans like him. I think this year will be great. I like watching him play and he has a good attitude in the dugout...geez at my job, he'd be management material!

    Holy sheet...care to share? One thing I noticed was that K Hunt was getting the extra slap and hit after the tackle all night...He did his time. He should not be taking hits like he did. I bet the comment from Rudolph had something to do with Hunt....Garret is out for the rest of the season.

    He's still learning and he is very smart and a likeable guy! No one wants to work for an @$$, I can attest to that. Congrats!

    Does Odorizzi Want to be a MN Twin in 2020?? I hope we keep him but he always looked unhappy compared to players like Romo or the Bomba squad....You have to love where you are to be truly successful is my opinion.

    Explain why a player like Rendon or Strasberg would want to go to another team? If I were a player I would want to stay with a proven winner Unless I did not like my teamates (coworkers)....Does the $ really mean that much that you want to go to a bad team? I sincerely don't get it..thx!

    Well when I watch NCAA basketball the coaches seem to be very vocal towards their young guys. I don't see this as much in the Pros. I think there are a couple of past coaches who are prime examples of winning by screaming and bullying. Just what I notice.

    I want Nelson Cruz to be our player-hitting coach. I also want the Twins to hire Johann Santana as a pitching coach somewhere...Speaking of college coaches, it is very easy to boss around an 18 yr old kid and not so easy to do it to a star making millions....

    It's just like your job...if you like your co-workers and boss, you enjoy going in to work. I think the 87 and 91 Twins had the same chemistry.

    He has been with 4 teams already? To me that is not really a good sign unless he is a great player who has left for Free Agency to pitch for his home state team like say, a Gerrit Cole will do...I hope the Twins are smart about their choices this year because watching the World Series the past few days really showed some good pitching.....

    Thank you Houston for beating New York! I seriously think the Yankees thought the Astros were not in the same league as them and turns out the Astros were much better...this will be a fun World Series where I hate to see either team lose, but I will go with the old guys, the Nats!

    Since Eddie doesn't make a whole like of money compared to some other players, example Mr Harper.....I would keep him in Left Field. I just think he needs glasses or contacts! Send him to the eye doctor. Heck, it worked for Ricky Vaughn....hehe

    So Eddie is not our best player, who is? It's really a team effort. Eddie hit a Bomba in the playoffs something others did not do...I was so mad when the Twins let Morneau and Dozier depart, that I refused to watch the whole season...I hope this does not happen again....

    So since my opinion got yanked let me rephrase my comment....If Mike shows up to a contract meeting or Spring Training looking like a million bucks, I'd resign him for way less with incentives. I would judge his attitude, his fitness outlook and goals and go forward from that point on how he would fit in on the 2020 team. Hope this is ok, I just like to condense my thoughts!

    Eddie is someone I enjoy watching and take away his RBIs and HR from the past year and we might not have won the Central...Put him back in Left Field and he will do great in 2020. At least he brought his bat to the playoffs....

    At this point I'd just the Nats or Astros their opinion!! Haha We need some better decision making. I'd try to hire some pitching coaches from the above and Tampa teams, even in the minor league level...

    Watching the Yankee Astro pre-game show and you wouldnt even know Houston is playing.....Just like the Twins series I guess, we didnt exist either!
