    Lets take a different approach at this. Lets get the numbers from our first full series in June. ( not the TB one) up until this past Sunday and look. Because from there the As and Cleveland have been improving and the Twins and been declining. Im curious how those numbers look since then.

    Thats the attitude that takes a team from tops in the league to out of the play offs. Oh well, on to the next series. No. Thats not how winning teams work.

    Thats not pessimistic at all. Its reality. People need to realize this team has major issues and has been playing mediocre ball since the beginning of June. The only reason we are still in first was because we built up such a large lead. Our horrible play has become more the norm than one of the best teams in baseball. Team will be lucky to grab a wild card if they keep playing like this. Sad. But most certainly true.

    If we dont make any moves to acquire quality starting pitching and BP arms with in the next 3 weeks. This team does not make the play offs. Bank on it.

    Thats what I am seeing on NOAA now too since they updated it. There's our window then ladies and gents.

    He looked sketchy out there last night. The sooner we have Rosario, Buxton, Kepler out there the better.

    According to NOAA...the only place you all should be going for weather. The chance of rain drops to 50% by 3pm and 40% to 30% by 4:30. Last game of the season series, they should delay it until 3pm then play it by ear. Worst case have another 7pm start. Its NOT going to be raining all afternoon.

    If you are talking about making a deep playoff run you CAN NOT compare our BP ERA to the LEAGUE when most of the league is average to garbage and obviously wont be IN the play offs. You must compare us to who we will be facing in the play offs because thats who matters. When you do that you see how lacking we are in ALL phases of pitching.

    Exactly. Expecting Pineda or Perez to just go to the bull pen and NOT be liabilities the moment they step in there is foolish. We need PROVEN bull pen talent.

    Would rather have bull pen help first but at least it shows we are actively trying to add arms.

    All star game is a popularity contest and a joke. I would be 100% fine with them getting rid of it completely.

    I dont, guy is going to be an error/ run allowing machine out in the field. Needs to be on the bench where he belongs. Buxton and Kepler need to be back ASAP.

    I want what ever you are taking. I dont think either of those things are going to happen. I feeling Twins lose 8 to 3.

    Our soul must be iffy to terrible pitching and lack of clutch hitting if thats the case.

    Saw only light showers off and on today. 30% chance of rain come game time, partly sunny. They will play tonight.

    That 95mph heat will also look like 97-98 if he can throw a good change consistently. They compliment each other.
