I've been to Target once. It's not top 10. Neither is mine.

I've been to 41 MLB parks with 40 since 1993. I missed 5 or 6 starting in the early 1990s when I landed my first computer job and then joined Cardiovascular Research and Radiology in 1992 where I received 22 days paid vacation. I went on 2 trips with 7 baseball parks to the East in 1994 with 2 in Canada and the HOF and all of the parks west of Colorado in 1995 along with 10 National Parks. I hated old Tiger and Yankee Stadiums and Milwaukee being replaced. I hate the cramped Fenway and the parking and Wrigley should be replaced as well. San Diego 2, the new and departed, stadiums and the Angels are mediocre compared to Dodger stadium. I wished I would have visited the Mistake by the Lake as Cleveland's Jacob Field no longer thrills. Dodger Stadium is wonderful and may last for another 50 years. The Pirates stadium uses the riverfront the best and wonderful on the eyes. KC's is wonderful with the water fountains as well. The gimmick stadiums like Enron in Houston and the Marlins are a joke. I haven't been to the Bob in Arizona whatever it's new name, but, that swimming pool. My Cardinals stadium should be above the Mississippi. San Francisco Candlestick park when I visited I had goosebumps where the sun wasn't shining on ball day in 1995 with 6 boys, my nephew and my cousins 5 boys. Then when I went to their new stadium whatever they call it now my 6 year old daughter liked the play area. Target Field is better than the Metrodome, but, it doesn't hit the top 10. The Kingdome and Metrodome were bad as was Olympic stadium. I've seen Tropicana Dome in Tampa, but, haven't gone to a game. Atlanta's two previous stadiums sucked. The Nationals new stadium well you can see monuments in the distance. The old RFK had some history. The Rangers previous stadium was the hottest place I ever watched a game with proud Texans still waiting for a title. Camden Yards is a site to behold with warehouses. The Skydome is cavernous in Toronto and should have kept its name. The Reds new ballpark was done on the cheap as was the White Sox who should have moved to Tampa. Shea was bad because of planes overhead, but, though I haven't been to the new I haven't read anything spectacular about it. I hate Colorado's stadium because of the offense and the Rock pile bleachers. 5 to go, New York Mets, Atlanta, Texas, Arizona and Tampa Bay. Isn't Oakland building one? Indianapolis could get a team, but, no big stadium built yet and none on the drawing board. They would really be the best next city being in the center of the NL Central teams. Not Portland, not Montreal and North Carolina could, but, which city? Not sure about Nashville. None south of the border in case their currency collapses and income levels. I love Vancouver and Calgary, but, they are hockey cities. Thoughts? P.S. I've eaten hot dogs at 25 or so stadiums before the prices got out of hand and I love our grilled hot dogs the best. Hate Wrigley's and the Dodger dog. I wish stadiums had restaurants like our ballpark village that hangs above outside the stadium which hosted the frozen outside NHL game one season. I've sit in those bleacher seats across the street to see a game. I've never been to the Marriot where people try to get a glimpse. I would love to see a game on Wrigley's rooftops which is the best argument of preserving it since it's been extensively remodeled. The urinal trough is a feature. The previous Busch you could get into free after or during the 7th inning which is no longer the case after 2005. I wish the Tiger's right field overhang was approved by the local fire codes. I was there in 1994. Have escape slides or something. It was a different view. I like all of the different seatings I've sit in my 2 ballparks though I've not been in the luxury boxes unlike our hockey arena. P.S. I like Autozone Park in Memphis which did draw 1 million fans. Davenport's stadium next to Mississippi is beautiful and special. I've been to one Spring training game in Jupiter and the HOF twice. PS2: I missed Mile High in Denver by a year. An executive offered me tickets to the Astrodome, but, it was out of my way as I drove 3000 miles in Mexico. I saw the outside of Veterans Stadium in Philadelphia and should have waited around for the night game of that awkward field. Missed the old Comiskey by a year or so and Cleveland and Baltimore's by a year or two. I was 1 when Sportsman Park was demolished. I only watched a few innings this year. The Ballpark village was opened across the street in St. Louis. I wished my pop would have taken me to Crosley and Forbes and KCs previous stadium since he introduced me to the Cardinals and I would have been 5 or so.

I prefer no DH. Generating extra offense like why? Baseball as the game goes into the late innings keeps you glued to your chair in a close game. I don't mind pitchers hitting .163 when league average in the NL is .245. I don't watch other teams blowouts in the late innings. I pay less attention when my team is way ahead and I'm not at the park like is the new Dexter on now? The drama of walkoffs with a game that has no clock is the best thing about baseball. Good hitting pitchers exist. I like which one of our starting pitchers will hit a HR this year. I could live with the home team saying no DH today because our SP can hit better than yours or your DH is better than ours.

What an overpay. $18.9 million for a few games.

Stroman always intrigues. He has a Trevor Bauer year and someone will get burned after the first year of a 9 figure contract probably the Mets.

No kidding too out of touch. The I am a HOFer was pathetic. His two oldest daughters sued him from his first marriage that he totally abandoned them to his first wife while doting on his second wife's kids says something especially after starting an animal foundation. I was surprised that he didn't go for McGraw's 2nd place managerial wins and waited 9 seasons to make a comeback. About 700 wins could have been had. Tony Larussa please retire.

I watched only a few innings this year. To me it was like exhibition.

Fine with me. I like tense games in the later innings. Better yet if my team wins the majority of 1 run games. A good hitting pitcher can make the difference. One recent year Adam Wainwright had a winning record with a high ERA. But, he drove in 18 runs as a pitcher equating to a half run a game. So there is a Mendoza line position player and a pitcher hitting 8th and 9th. Well, the 8th place hitter has to be pesky and find a way on base and get to second on a sacrifice by the pitcher. The first place hitter can single him in for a run. Baseball is more than HRs.

Look at Maeda's 2nd half numbers which is why the Dodgers said get rid of him. He rarely starts in the 2nd half otherwise with that $3 million a year contract no team would trade him if he could duplicate the first half.

Darvish did lead the Cubs with 8 wins, but, he has been bad after first 2 years with Texas. Maeda is in the BP in the second half of the season so good luck there. Expected more out of Tanaka.

Old school here with no DH. I like tense games going into late innings. The outcome of most baseball games need to be played on the field. Almost no teams win less than 40% unlike the NBA and even the NFL and college football and basketball. Bunts coming unexpectedly or not happening when the batter or pitcher hitting swings away. Ballparks should not be bandboxes.

I only know of Nomo being good for more than a couple of seasons from Japan and only with the Dodgers twice. Dice-k? I wonder about Ohtani.

I'm wondering how good Luis Robert is? He's hyped. Can he hit offspeed and sliders?

11 WS titles since 1900 as well. The Yankees didn't win until 1923, the Dodgers 1955, the Cubs went 108 years, the Phillies didn't win until 1980, the Pirates have gone years in the cellar. The Braves won in 1914, 1957, and 1995 and choked in 4 others in Atlanta. And the Giants went years finishing just short. 1920 is modern baseball in the live ball year. What is the hope of every fan and you might trade a John Smoltz to win a title? The WS. And the poor Dodgers with their great pitchers and rookie of the years and ....

Because of many things can you count on these 3? Last year you were harping on Homer Bailey after he had a good month. Then Odorizzi and Rich Hill. Maeda was traded by the team who has had the best pitching staff since integration, the Dodgers. Berrios needs to dominate first division teams. Pineda well caught with PEDs. The last team that could count on 3 pitchers and the pitching coach went to Baltimore and failed was the Atlanta Braves. My team since 2000 has had 4 different starters with less than 5 Cardinals starts from the prior 3 years with the team. Averaged almost 20 games above .500 from 2000-2019. Maeda fails after the All Star break which ever team knows.

I never read about any of your minor league pitchers coming up to make an impact. As I pointed out last year there were many awful teams that lost 89 or more that you hit over 200 HRs off of their pitching and less off of the better teams. This wasn't an anomaly. You need a better model for pitching as thinking Homer Bailey, Rich Hill and Odorizzi was going to dominate good teams. You should look at Maeda's second half numbers as he becomes a reliever. Where's the minor league pitching prospects? Good pitching stops good hitting is the old cliche.
