I am curious how to upload one/change mine. I have a picture on my profile when I click on it, but it never shows on posts or forums.

 

How do I fix this?

What you want is an Avatar. So go to 'Settings,' then click 'Edit Avatar' and upload the photo there. That is the one that is seen on your posts.

Click "Settings" at the top right of the page. Then under "My settings" click "Edit avatar". From here you can upload one from your computer or enter in a URL.

Trying to cozy up to one of the moderators with a Dozierzie avatar will do you no good.
