At some point today (starting with AJ Pettersen's) articles with current responses are not included in the "forums" discussion list on the right hand side.

 

They do appear in the "Recent Articles" discussion list that, alas, is not included in the home page.

 

Could be by design, but it is a PITA to track responses to articles this way...

ok. I am taking it back. Even stuff in the forums is not added to the navigation bar.

It was a bug. The sidebar should be working now. For some reason, the indexing cache on threads stopped working properly. I re-indexed everything and it seems to be functioning properly now.
