Correct. When drafted the scouting report for him as a SS was he had the speed and quickness, arm strength was sufficient but not great. However many scouts questioned his “actions” - that ability to read the play properly and set yourself up for the best play. I remember one scout saying “ he never gets the best hop”. I have no idea about the validity of any of it just stuff I read as I was really interested in him when drafted.
