Players that need to be protected for Rule 5 draft?

I tried asking on reddit but made the mistake of talking about the players that were acquired at the deadline.

 

I would like to see if there's a list out there for all Twins prospects that need to be protected this winter. There will be many open spots on the 40 man roster for sure. Guys like Julien, McCusker. Keirsey, and half the pen can easily be removed.

To some degree this is a fuzzy question.  Tons of players under minor league contract are R5 eligible - it's just that no one would want them.

I suggest you look at FangRaphs which has a pretty good page of Twins players, and form your own opinion:

No one on the major league roster is subject to Rule 5 of course, so scroll down to the St Paul roster and go on down through Rookie league.  They show "R5" for players who already passed through the Rule 5 draft in the past, and they show a date of Dec'25 for guys who will be newly eligible.  Decide for yourself whether a given player is a "prospect" or a "suspect."
