Minnesota Twins trade Jhoan Duran (and 2 others: Castro, Coulombe, Stewart) to the Phillies. The Twins trade Joe Ryan to the Boston Red Sox. The Red Sox trade Jarren Duran to the Phillies. The Twins receive Andrew Painter and two other top 100 prospects (Tait and Crawford?) from the Phillies and 1 top 100 prospect (Payton Tolle) from the Red Sox.

There's alternative options, including if you could get Aiden Miller from the Phillies instead of Tait and Crawford, and who exactly goes to the Phillies. But both buyers fill big needs and the Twins get some very top prospects.
