MLBPA Tony Clark Under Investigation

This was in the WSJ but can also be found elsewhere.  Tony Clark and other MLBPA executives are being investigated for allegedly siphoning off some of the windfall generated from their arrangement with OneTeam Partners.  The link below gives a detailed explanation of what is known.  OneTeam Partners was formed to capitalize on players marketing rights and a portion of the proceeds are distributed back to the players.  The payments are known as “Madden Checks”  OneTeam Partners is not thought to be under investigation
