Hays had a poor 2nd half with the Phillies but was dealing with a Kidney infection. Prior to that he was hitting 8% above average as a regular with the Os. He put up over 2 WAR in 21, 22, and 23. Non-tendered by the Phils, he was projected at $6.1 mil for 25. 
 

Could be a good target and bargain for the budget conscious Twins.
