Wonder what the behind the scenes story is? You get paid more on TV than radio, I reckon. Accordingly, Provus probably wants to cross over at some point, and the longer you keep Bremer around, the more likely you are to lose Provus. It's the same as trading Polanco so you can make Julien the starting second baseman. jkcarew and Aggies7 1 1

USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 4, 2024 Posted April 4, 2024 Zero K's from the Cleveland lineup so far. It can be done. bighat 1
bighat Verified Member Posted April 4, 2024 Posted April 4, 2024 Let's see how the Guardians do with a man on 3rd with less than 2 outs, hope the Twins have their notepads out....
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 4, 2024 Posted April 4, 2024 I would say keep it to one run allowed here, but that might be too much
Twinsoholic Verified Member Posted April 4, 2024 Posted April 4, 2024 The Ks suck. Like I said above, the ghost of Rich Becker (for those of you old enough to remember the suffering of the Becker and Stahoviak years.

Man, I watched a twins game from 1993 last night (I know I’m a loser). 2 years removed from the WS and the roster was rough. The bullpen, eek

bighat Verified Member Posted April 4, 2024 Posted April 4, 2024 Great baserunning by Cleveland there. Could Castro have turned 2? RpR 1

Bamboo Bat Verified Member Posted April 4, 2024 Posted April 4, 2024 Cleveland just putting the bat on the ball with runners in scoring position. Something the Twins apparently are uninterested in. Frustrating to watch more of this. bighat 1

If their offense is close to average this year, Twins are probably in trouble. Starting the season with 4 games against Oakland will boost your confidence, as well.
