I went to a great concert last month in Park City - Grahame Lesh and Amy Helm (children of GD band members), so the legend lives on. Phil Lesh made a special guest appearance. It was a great night of music and jamming band members.
tony&rodney Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2023 Posted May 13, 2023 Why would any pitcher throw Gallo a low pitch. His swing is so susceptible to belt high swings and misses. Watching Ryan pitch made me think of Gallo's swing. Ryan eats up people with high fastballs and then batters are surprised when he slides in a low fastball.
stringer bell Verified Member Posted May 13, 2023 Posted May 13, 2023 Kirilloff needs to complete the hat trick with a homer to right.

To quote Bob Dylan, "The Grateful Dead aren't just the best at what they do, they are the only ones who do it." The quintessential musicians of the 20th century, effectively mixing classical, blues, jazz, bluegrass, country, rock, and more into their music. Dylan again, "When I listen to a Grateful Dead rendition of one of my songs I think that this is exactly how I wanted it to sound."

stringer bell Verified Member Posted May 13, 2023 Posted May 13, 2023 Does anyone doubt that if he stays healthy, Kirilloff is the Twins best hitter?

He's got a long ways to go. The season is a marathon, not a sprint. He may have displayed all the proper tools, now he has to implement them over a period of time.

Squirrel Community Moderator Posted May 13, 2023 Author Posted May 13, 2023 Can’t believe the Cubs manager is just hanging his pitcher out to dry
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted May 13, 2023 Posted May 13, 2023 I think Larnach should come to the plate looking for a first pitch breaking ball every time and just pepper the wall in right.

tony&rodney Old-Timey Member Posted May 13, 2023 Posted May 13, 2023 I agree that the season is long and Kirilloff will need to prove himself over the long haul. I also still believe that Jorge Polanco is the heart of the Twins team. Still if the Twins are going to make a dent in the post season, it will be Kirilloff leading the way. Stick him in the two or three spot and enjoy.
