I think the Royals should send Melendez back to the minors to help him get his groove back. He's been underwhelming and from what I can see he's got the tools to be really good and a pretty good catcher.

It's a shame Correa's HR went into the bullpen or everybody sitting in the OF seats could've went home with a souvenir ball.

Supper time. Homemade sausage, pepperoni and red pepper pizza, big glass of cold milk.

I am a damn fine cook.

And an even better eater.

Pics or it didn’t happen…..

I tried not to snoop your photo, but please tell me that's not your yoga mat rolled up over the sub-woofer.

Do the Twins ever have a "White Castle Night"?

If they do, they should follow it up with Methane Night.

That's my "nap on the couch in the afternoon" "mat."

OK, so we know Moran can be effective. I hope we can see that more consistently.

We know Moran can be effective against KC.

We haven't seen that against major league teams.

Is that what happened to Mahle? He had the squirts?

Speaking only from memory, I can say in my case,  a case of the squirts DEFINITELY reduced the velocity with which I was willing to throw a ball.

Per Dan Hayes, "Tyler Mahle exited tonight's game with right posterior elbow soreness." The back of the elbow I think, not the UCL.

What i miss so far?

(intermission ends in about 10 minutes, so you don't have much of my attention span.

Chief had Mrs Chief make homemade pizza for him… and he poured himself a glass of milk

The slider, the sweeper, and now the squirter?

Btw…. I don’t recall hearing any pitch called a sweeper until this year… what is it?

It's a slider.

Mahle has felt pain in his elbow.

I hope it's not the elbow on his pitching arm.
