How does fantasy rankings look at our starting pitching?

I know that fantasy rankings are not an accurate judgment of a pitching staff, but they are interesting speculation that does give some insights that are useful as we think about the Twins seasons so the fantasy pitching rankings by Sarris on the Athletic gives me some thoughts about the Twins staff and it is not good. 

Berrios is number 23 on the list. Montas the pitcher we want to give away the gains from the trade of Berrios to get is 28.  Our top rank is Ober at 73 with Ryan right behind at 74.  Griffin Jax is ranked 144 which is interesting because it is higher than Michael Pineda at 146 and Dylan Bundy at 158.  Jake Odorizzi is 170 and ranks behind Devin Smeltzer (and you want us to sign him?).  

That's it for the top 200.  No relief pitchers on the list.  Ober and Ryan are higher than I expected and I like that.

I'm really surprised at Ryan and Ober's  and even Jax's rating above many established pitchers with such low sample size and history. Although I'm hopeful, I'm not putting too much stock in it.

I looked at fantasy baseball a long time ago. I kind of remember what scored points for pitchers were wins, strikeouts whip and ERA. Unless the ratings are a simple ranking based on last year’s points here is my take on what the ratings mean.

Pineda will not pitch a full season. They expect him to be on a team like Baltimore.

Odorizzi will not have a good year but will maybe fill out the rotation on some bad team

Bundy and Jax will pitch well enough on a team that will get them wins, 

Ober and Ryan might be good enough to be your disaster starter when your starter gets injured.
