Hamburger Menu

I notice this new site has a hamburger menu in the top right corner.

This is of course quite offensive to vegetarians on the site.  I am not a vegetarian myself but I can only imagine the pain this causes them.

Yes there are many ways to fight spam but forcing a hamburger on every page seems a bit much.  Sometimes a spam sandwich can be tasty and we should at least have the option.

I also notice there is a trail of breadcrumbs below the hamburger menu.  Clean that up!
