John Bonnes Site Manager Posted February 21, 2013 Posted February 21, 2013 It sounds like he's going to be all right. He kept pitching, though with a screen in front of him. Clete Thomas was the bad guy.... "I think it's going to be sore tomorrow," he said. "He got me pretty good. It's nothing that will sit me down or waste any time. Probably gave him too good of a pitch and ended up paying for it. It's all right." Meyer smiled as he shook hands with Thomas, who no doubt apologized for his inadvertent blow. The Twins have great coverage guys this year. Agreed. I worried that the beat might suffer from losing Christensen and Mackey, who were both very good, but Miller is an awesome writer and I've been very impressed with Berardino.
