I have to admit that I'm really enjoying watching the Twins put the Sox in their place. It's only one game, but it's fun as hell to watch.

But Benetti has made all the difference. Stone was nowhere as good when he was with Hawk. Benetti is really good by himself, but I think he is especially good at bringing out the best in his partner.

Just did a peruse of baseball-reference.com and saw that we are the only team in the AL with five guys who’ve made 15 starts for the team and have an ERA+ over 100.
 

 

So if I'm going to worry about the rotation, should I do it outside the forum where it won't bother anyone, like smoking?

We rip on hawk, but I find Dick to be just as obnoxious and as big of a homer.

Yeah ... having had to listen to Hawk over the last 19-20 years ... I don't agree. Not quite. There are degrees ... and then there are degrees. Hawk surpassed all of them for me, almost immediately.
