I'm really trying to figure out why Marwin is getting this much time in the lineup... Astrudillo can play 3rd and he's hitting quite well. I'm not saying he shoudl be benched, but it would be nice to stick with the hot hand a bit more.

 

Yeah, no one should be against signing needed free agents, but that should come with the caveat that dollars spent do not correlate to the length of leash.

Norris got away with three straight 88 mph fastballs that caught varying amounts of the plate before Cron grounded out on the 81 mph slider.

 

So Daniel's not quite got the velocity of his cousin Chuck, who once threw a grenade that killed 20 bad guys, and then exploded.
