Game Thread: Twins vs Royals, 5/24/16 @ 7:10 PM CT

[Whammy]

Our Bullpen Savior just got a smooth debut 1-2-3 inning down in Rochester.

Our "MiLD" guys are getting HOT!

[Aggies7]

People steal bases off Tonkin like kids do in HS

[David HK]

How much longer do the fans have to go before someone is fired? This is a (bleeping) joke. It's not simply a lack of talent. It's that combined with a complete lack of leadership from players and coaches.

Make a move. Any move. Enough of this crap

The Minnesota Twins have announced their new outfield lineup for the remainder of the season:

[Aggies7]

Starting to hear some boos. Well done.

[hybridbear]

Idk what the stats say, but it sure seems like Centeno is worse at blocking the balls in the dirt compared to Suzuki.

[David HK]

Hey, whaddya know?  Gulfa came in and got the job done.

[Aggies7]

What is sano doing

[David HK]

It's also on the player. It's only on Molly if he isn't properly coaching them. It's on the player if they aren't listening to the coaching.

Yeh, that's true, but 3 guys up, and 6 pitches total, after an inning like the one they just got through--  whether he's not coaching, or they're not listening, that is a lose-lose situation.

[Aggies7]

You won't see too many worse looking at bats than those two by sano and plouffe.

[Aggies7]

Grossman has yet to be tainted by whatever cancer is in the clubhouse so he gets on base.

And where is everyone? Is the negativity keeping the regulars away?

Looking at the pitches on gameday, Volquez has a master plan for them, too.  Sano- junk, junk, junk= K.  Plouffe, fast, fast, fast, junk= K.  Brutal, just brutal.

[alskntwnsfn]

Let's see one, two... two goddamn hits is all we have!? How'd we ever win 11?

[Danchat]

It's good to see Escobar hitting well after coming off the DL. It's just been singles, but I'll take that over what most of the team has done so far...

[Aggies7]

I enjoy being able to hear one fan simply screaming his head off at players. You don't get that at places good teams play

I tend to enjoy the game threads more when they are playing bad.

[VandyTwinsFan]

How is that belt high changeup so devastating? Sano swung under it twice in his first AB. I thought the cardinal sin of a changeup was to leave it up. Yet we can't seem to touch it...

He makes Sano look like a gold glover!

[Aggies7]

Get this young blonde scamp off the screen. Where's the old standby marney?

Is it Gardy?

[David HK]

Geez, Gulfa gettin' squeezed.  That plate is tiny, side to side.

[Aggies7]

Is it Gardy?

Someone was telling the royals RF Orlando to remove his head from his behind.

[operation mindcrime]

Cleveland should be embarrassed that we beat them 4 out of 6!

[Aggies7]

Haha Dick talking about who our set up man is.

[Aggies7]

Cleveland should be embarrassed that we beat them 4 out of 6!

And we swept the Angels!

[David HK]

Cripe, you don't need to drill Perez, but throw one down there, and make him move his feet once, at least.

[Aggies7]

Haha nunez

[David HK]

Boy, if that isn't the season right there in a nutshell.

[mikeee]

circus baseball

[John Kelsey]

Oh Nunez.....
