Good for Pelfrey. I pegged him as a nice guy at ST last year and it seems to be the case. As for ability, if he can both command and have confidence in that split-finger, he can be pretty effective. He seemed to lose both (confidence and command) last year late in the season.

I didn't say you said those things.  Those are my points, in response to your statement, that I believe demonstrate Nolasco is not tradeable right now by any useful definition of the term.

Interestingly but not suprisingly, the Twins are actively seeking to deal Ricky Nolasco according to Chris Cotillo of SB Nation on MLBtrade rumors:
