Is this Ryan's Swan Song?

Well, the last time Ryan wanted to turn over the keys to someone it was Bill Smith.  Many seem to feel he was horrible .  So maybe we shouldn't worry about whether or not Ryan wants to turn the keys over to someone and just get someone from outside the organization, whether he meets Ryan's approval or not, and turn this ship in a different direction.

Do not think that would happen.  Unless Pohlad lets Ryan go, there will not be a hire outside of the organization.  Ryan will not leave and let his people be replaced by an outside hire.  It may not be someone currently with the Twins, but if that is the case that person will be brought in within the next year or two.  Pohlads are loyal to a fault if you do a decent job and do not embarrass the organization.  Check Smith, Bill.
