Wild Card Hunt

Im an ever optimistic Twins fan, especially this year, but this recent losing streak on the heels of Houston's collapse sure is a (hopefully temporary) buzzkill. 

 

Heading up to the Saturday game. Am very excited and hopeful that Buxton will be on the field. Despite his early struggles, I still find myself stopping what I do to see how his at bat goes.

They have been pretty competitive in those games they lost. It is great to watch meaningful baseball again and seeing our long awaited prospects play well. Go Twins!

I agree. I want to watch Buxton hit, and I do not want to miss that first home run!

 

(which by the way, as fun as it is to watch him run, I hope is an over-the-fence job)

 

That's part of what bothers me about Molitor taking the bat out of Buxton's hands in the late innings (via sac bunt or PH) but that's for another post.
