Minor League Rule 5/Free Agent Eligibles

I need your help. I am wondering which players will become eligible for the rule 5 draft this year. I have these possibilities.

I did not intend this thread to be a place to comment on the worthiness of a player being added to the 40. That could go on for pages. I am hoping to have a place to get help with who is eligible for rule 5 or minor league free agency.

No, I don't think so.  I think you can get an extra option year on a player who was injured or in short-season ball for awhile, but I've never seen that applied to Rule 5 protection.

 

In fact, it seems players missing major time to injury are popular Rule 5 picks.

Vielma, Engelb - No 

Seth, it has been reported recently that Vielma would be eligible for Rule 5.  Both he and Valera signed in September 2011, so although they didn't debut until 2012, I think this would be their 5th Rule 5 draft upcoming.
