The Phillies on Tuesday morning released righthander Kevin Slowey, who was in camp as a non-roster invitee and on a minor league deal. ...  Slowey, 30, pitched in seven Grapefruit League games, two of which were starts. He allowed 11 runs, nine of which were earned, on 15 hits over 11 2/3 innings.
