State Hockey Tourney

Growing up in Bemidji and watching the state hockey tournament was the damn greatest thing to watch for me as a kid. I seriously loved watching that tournament as much as any other sporting event. And every year brought incredible games.

 

Now, for the first time in 29 years, Bemidji is back. Beat that Edina scum, please! (no offense to anyone who likes or lives there).

 

Also, that last Bemidji team was George Pelawa's team in 1986. He was drafted by the Flames and died in a drunk driving accident the summer after high school graduation. B-Town is going to shock the world (Minnesota) this year. 

 

Seriously . . . there is no other school in the state that I want to see Bemidji demolish than Edina.
