Just saw a rash of SPAM posts on the Twins Talk forum, and a few popped up on the MLB forum as well.

 

the Mods/Admins have always been great at managing the SPAM, just wanted to bring this recent crop to everyone's attention in case it was a symptom of a larger issue.

Looks like a new and different kind of spam attack.  I think the mods have caught up for the moment.  Hopefully Brock can think of a new layer of protection.

As usual, the SPAM is gone quickly and we can all go back to questioning the Pelfrey extension and the CF situation!

A few weeks back, I made some changes knowing that it might open the door to let in more spammers. Over the holiday break, I'm going to have to reevaluate the work and consider an alternative fix.
