    I think you're on to something there Van. You and Sample should combine the stores and call it Cobbler & Cobbler Co. The potential for cross utilization of supplies is enormous. Run out of shoe shine? Sub chocolate sauce. Run out of chocolate sauce? Sub shoe shine!

    This is what I'm thinking as well. He's had enough big league experience that he should know better at this point. The continued mental lapses fall on him more than the coaching staff. I'd like to see Granite called up and start every day in LF and hitting lead off. Send Rosario down as a statement, maybe he'll learn a lesson.

    Ryan Pressly is being sent back down to make room on the active roster for Wilk. Wimmers is the 26th man for the second game. If Busenitz is indeed in town, Wilk would presumably be sent back down to make room for him on the active roster. I'm guessing Hughes is going to the 60 day DL to make room on the 40 man.
