    It's difficult to lose 100+ games. I don't think the Twins can do it two years in a row.

    The Twins just had a bad 2016. I expect 2017 to be a much better season. For the most part our players are young guys that will get better with experience. I'm sure 2017 will be much better.

    When he was 12 his team played in a national tournament in Cooperstown. My son's team was in the tournament too. He was a nice kid. He was a catcher then like his dad.

    I'm a retired guy here in Minneapolis. I've been a Twins fan for at least 55 years. I grew up in Virginia so when I was a kid the Senators were my home town team. I check TD several times a day. The discussions are usually a good read. I don't really have a favorite player. I've liked lots of them over the years. I've been blogging forever. My first blog was bat-girl "less stats, more sass". I think I remember Seth posting about getting started. He might have still been in college.

    Is it just me or anyone have a problem with the energy advertisement? It keeps hijacking my browser. Every 24 seconds it replays and takes me to the top of the page. The result is that I can't read the comments.

    I don't recall America struggling to find it's identity. I do remember a lot of pissed off Americans.

    Finishing close to first place isn't the goal. Finishing close to first isn't the goal. While it's nice to not be in last place it's not what the team should strive for. Our horses aren't even really in the race. In a couple of years maybe they will. As of now they are really young.

    Why make such a negative post? Nunez does have the third highest avg. in the AL for SS this year. I won't get into the others but saying Nunez is the second worst Twins All Star is bunk.
