    Not accurate. Rizzo came in a trade (Cashner). Russell came in a trade (Samardzija, Hammel). Arrieta came in a trade. Hendricks came in a trade (Dempster).They drafted Bryant, Baez, and Schwarber. That's pretty much their core. Unless you're placing all the credit for the Cub's meteoric rise in the hands of Chapman (rental), Lester, Lackey, Zobrist, and Heyward (who was arguably their worst player and unarguably their most expensive player last year), then it seems to me that trading Dozier would be a step in the same direction the Cubs have taken to pivot their franchise.

    I'm on record asking for a Wolves site, and it's crystal clear that that's not going to happen. Based on the demise of wildxtra and Vikings journal, it makes plenty of sense. I propose that we add a couple 'folders' to the sports bar. That way, instead of writing my t Wolves thoughts in the 2016-17 T Wolves thread, we have a designated space for t Wolves talk (or vikes, or wild) within the sports bar. I think it would be nice and relatively easy.

    Originally from Nederland, I grew up in Southern California, where I learned how to throw things and tenuously add numbers together. I spent a lot of time in Minnesota back in the 70's and 80's. Been a fan ever since. I've seen almost every game for the past 20 years. I am an Aries, and a real live wire. I heart to fart and I've drawn more circles than Wassily Kandinsky.
