    Well, SCOTUS. I think that matters, especially given some of the decisions prior to Scalia's death. While some here don't think of that as any kind of voting priority, I do; always have. Well, I have in the recent decades. I'll vote for whomever the Democratic nominee is, and work to support Democratic Senate candidates and hopefully overturn the Senate. The house ... not sure what can be done. They've gerrymandered it enough that I think it stays pretty much where it is ... and vowing to block everything it can.

    That's a boy SOPRANO not a counter-tenor. Some counter-tenor roles are sung by altos, as that is about the range.

    Um, no ... The Queen of the Night aria is well and far above the range of a counter-tenor.

    Ugh ... Sorry ... but listening to the ring cycle all in one day is far more torturous than anything the Twins have done so far this season. But get back to me at the end of the season and I'll reevaluate.

    Right ... then again ... maybe all this seems more 'horrific' to someone like Van, because he's too young to know how it was 'before.' Your 'Best of YouTube' idea was good ... but wasn't that really MTV and VH1 to a certain extent? Or other such programming ... I mean, I watch a lot of 'Candid Camera' like stuff on YouTube, and there was a once a show like this. So, what really, couldn't we get, other than a matter of convenience?

    Well, as are there books, too, for that matter. So I guess we should be thinking about things that would be very difficult to obtain another way ... like printing out everything in Wikipedia ... although I probably wouldn't do that ... but perhaps your science idea is the best. But wouldn't things revert back to how they were ... people relying on actual magazine and newspaper subscriptions, and having a set of encyclopedias at home ... to what would you download that you couldn't otherwise obtain easily?
