    They have a wine section....and a mead section if you're into brewing like vikings

    You usually steep them in the hot water for an hour then you can trash them and the water you steeped them in becomes the "wort" you end up boiling and that's what you add the hops to. Sorry to turn this into "home brew daily"! Actually www.homebrewtalk.com has tons of info for any questions you'll have
