Not sure how Rooker makes it over Esteury Ruiz. 12 fewer HR's but Ruiz has 42 SB and 20 pt higher BA. Otherwise the rest of their stats are close enough to be a push. But have for Brent.

    Right elbow soreness for Stewart.
  3. lecroy24fan
Also the Mets are paying all but the MLB minimum for the rest of the season to him.
  4. lecroy24fan
First domino of trade season falls. Eduardo Escobar to the Angels for 2 minor leaguers, Coleman Crow (#8 Fangraphs LAA Org) and Landon Marceau (#25 LAA Org). Both RHP.

Royals general manager J.J. Picollo went on record to quash speculation about a Perez deal, saying the organization doesn’t “have any intention of trading Salvy and it’s not something we are looking to do” Back to Chapman, I don't want him at all.

He wants to finish his career there and help the next era of players learn the game. If he didn't have a ring I'd say he might be willing to go to a contender.

Zero chance KC trades Perez. Zero.
  8. lecroy24fan
Thielbar to the IL, Winder recalled.
  9. lecroy24fan
Sands to the IL with a shoulder issue, Thielbar activated.

    Until he's healthy.

What if this is Joe Mauer in 2009 all over again? One can wish....
  12. lecroy24fan
Well CF was the one place they never tried Sano.....
  13. lecroy24fan
I'm not sure another OF would help right now. And he was so bad IKF was playing OF ahead of him in NY.
  14. lecroy24fan
I would have called him up yesterday before Garlick. If Polance wouldn't have need an IL stint send him back down. One of the moves that just puzzles me.
  15. lecroy24fan
A team cannot place a player on the 60 day IL unless it needs to add a player to the 40 man roster.
  16. lecroy24fan
Wallner needs to play everyday so I'm not surprised.
  17. lecroy24fan
Yet another blast from the past, although he never made the big league roster. Nick Burdi recalled by the cubs.
  18. lecroy24fan
The blasts from the past continue to reappear in MLB. Alan Busenitz called up by the Reds today.
  19. lecroy24fan
Seth just confirmed it on Twitter.
  20. lecroy24fan
Thielbar to the 15 day IL is the other move.
  21. lecroy24fan
Mahle to the 60 day IL. Rodriguez is on the roster. Trying to figure out who is missing right now. Twins website doesn't list who was sent down. Larnach optioned, kiriloff recalled.
  22. lecroy24fan
I'm not sure why but when I listen on the Audacy app or MLB.TV I'm not getting these national ads other than the Snoop Dogg one. But it's the same ads every break. I get the same ads that are played on the radio. And none of them are loud. However Bally Sports North is now over a minute behind radio and close to 1:30 behind twitter.
  23. lecroy24fan
    Woods-Richardson was optioned.
  24. lecroy24fan
And today he signed a contract extension.
  25. lecroy24fan
Well the Dodgers intentionally put him in the pen to avoid paying incentives so he certainly wasn't pleased with that.
