  1. This draft is deep with QB prospects. I’ve got 5 I would be thrilled if the Vikings drafted this spring.
  2. KOC clearly elevated Kirk’s game to another level. He made Hall look like a capable QB, and let Dobbs play backyard football to pretty good results. He’s gonna do great with a highly drafted QB of his choosing.
  3. Wow. The ultimate roller coaster of the lowest lows and highest highs every week.
  4. This team man… Why can’t they be NORMAL and not give us a heart attack every week?
  5. We may see 2 or 3 more turnovers today. Heinicke is terrible.
  6. Dobbs is making this work just by pure athleticism. I’m impressed.
  7. How is it possible for our RBs to be this bad? Are we that predictable? How is it possible that Chandler is so bad at something that he can’t get some touches today?
  8. He looks exactly how a QB who’s had 3 practices to learn the playbook and new teammates is supposed to look.
  9. KOC has to be trolling at this point to kick the XP to be down 1 point.
  10. This is Josh Freeman 2.0
  11. We have no chance on offense now. None. Get some trick plays drawn up on the iPad. Put Chandler in the damn game. Maybe he can break one.
  12. I don’t know how much more of this game I can take. It’s just two really really bad offenses.
  13. Hall definitely got concussed on that play. Sucks for the kid. That was short lived. Onto the Josh Dobbs experience.
  14. Tough field position so I won’t be too harsh, yet. I’m already getting Christian Ponder PTSD. The 3rd down he made 1 read then ran for his life.
  15. Hammer the under. I’ll say Vikings 16 Falcons 14. Missed XP by Joseph. Hall with around 200 yards passing and 1 rushing TD.
  16. I have zero expectations of Gophers football, and they still find ways to collapse in embarrassing fashion in games. I would say fire the coach, but what’s the point?
  17. Ah, thanks I missed that news. Figured there had to be something injury related.
  18. What’s the catch with Brandon Woodruff listed as a non-tender candidate?
  19. Nelson Cruz announced his retirement from baseball on former Orioles OF Adam Jones’ podcast. Is coaching in his future? If so, can we reserve a spot for him on our coaching staff?
  20. Congrats Texas. They were the team I was scared of all season to face in the playoffs. Their lineup was potent. Let’s hope the Twins build a fearsome lineup as good as them next year.
  21. The Rangers went undefeated on the road this postseason* *given they can get 3 outs here.
  22. The Rangers need WAY more media coverage for successfully buying a WS team via free agency. Yes, they also had depth and prospect development. That was the primary reason why it worked in Texas and not for the Mets.
  23. True. He was an underwhelming signing at the time. It’s unlikely Dobbs or Hall has a 2017 Keenum type run, but crazier things have happened in football.
  24. It’s going to be fascinating over the next 5-10 years what alternatives are out there to recapture the revenue from bloated cable TV contracts which will be a thing of the past. I’m glad the Twins are going to be ahead of other mid market teams with the next step. The RSN model as we know it is collapsing on the sport.
  25. Dobbs is what he is at this point in his career. This is the 5th team he’s been on. Nothing more than a backup who can maybe win a few games. It cost a maybe 15 spot drop from the 6th to the 7th round to acquire him. To me, this move says more about Mullens’ likelihood to return from injury in the next couple of weeks. The Ezra Cleveland trade feels like avoiding the difficult conversation of benching either him or Risner. The trade return was light, but oh well. Cleveland is in the sweet spot of performing well in a contract year. Some team is going to pay up for him thinking they are solving their interior OL woes. But by the mid point of the contract, they’ll wish they never offered him that money.
