Why do we think Miller will be available? Sears as well, for that matter. Both have at least 4 years of relatively cheap team control remaining Miller would be a great add, but if he IS traded it'll be expensive. Real expensive. Rooker would be the better fit, given cost.

One of the best W's of the season. I'm amazed Rocco let Duran go 2, and flabbergasted he let Margot hit in the 8th, and Vazquez in the 9th. Pretty neat win though.

MLB minimum. I'd be all for signing him to a St Paul contract. Give him 100 PAs and see what happens. He's apparently fallen off a cliff, but as recently as 2022 he was still reeling off .800-.900 OPS's like clockwork. He wasn't good last year, but it wouldn't be unprecedented for a player of his caliber to have a great half season left in him at 37. What's there to lose?

All reverse splits are false. Both for pitchers and hitters. Except for the extremely rare exceptions. Which don't exist.
