  1. Almost there... I look forward to a good game!
  2. "The sixth batter is Sano. The sixth batter is Sano." Cheetah, fleetest of foot of all animals... Now i'm wondering what flag is on the pole?
  3. Why stop there? 007 has a certain appeal to it...
  4. And everyone else in the line ups, it bein' a team game and all... Twins Pitcherin': Kyle Gibson R 1. Brian Dozier R 2B 2. Torii Hunter R RF 3. Joe Mauer L 1B 4. Trevor Plouffe R 3B 5. Eddie Rosario L LF 6. Miguel Sano R DH 7. Kurt Suzuki R C 8. Eduardo Escobar S SS 9. Danny Santana S CF Royals Pitcherin': Chris Young R 1. Alcides Escobar R SS 2. Mike Moustakas L 3B 3. Lorenzo Cain R CF 4. Eric Hosmer L 1B 5. Kendrys Morales S DH 6. Alex Gordon L LF 7. Salvador Perez R C 8. Alex Rios R RF 9. Omar Infante R 2B
  5. Robinson earns a walk. Now that's table setting...
  6. Oh well. I was waiting to see Rosario steal home too... But i suppose safer course was indeed to try to knock him in.
  7. Now i'm waiting to see a horse of a different color...
  8. Mauer is on the bases. Bring him home, please?
  9. K's Frazier... Maybe he's starting to figure it all out?
  10. Still 6 more innings. Hunter, i think it is time for some mentoring. Ladle it out!
  11. Is this the first inning again? Runners at the corners no outs? I thought we'd been there already...
  12. Runners at the corners, no one out. Look familiar? (Not too much of a surprise. Reds had some good fielding to retire the Twins in the first, particularly the Hamilton snag of a sinking liner off Mauer's bat)
  13. Took a while, but i guess it worked. (Perhaps now's the time to start for the bottom of the second?) 3-0 going into 2nd. Reds are up. CBU. Don't worry, Pelfrey, we gots yer back!
  14. Now 1 run in. Nothing wrong with cynicism... And that was Frazier, eh?
  15. ... it's there. But not to be confused with "new horizons in music appreciation" "Tell me Bob, is it a theme or a motif?" Anyway, game's about to start... Everyone got good eats?
  16. Has Escobar improved much, following time in the outfield?
  17. I think the secret is to get watches with only 1 hand. Better yet, you should have bought an east coast watch in your travels, and just averaged 'em. Yeah, seeing Hamilton's speed may be bitter sweet just 'cause it gives some idea of what Buxton might be capable of. And while i know what's up, i still am bothered about all this talk about how to fit Santana in. The answer's obvious and here: shortstop.
  18. I'd been hoping to see what Bark might have in the post Olson Twins era. If we had a nuclear bomb, i guess we're playing in a fallout shelter, eh? Hopefully this is the last we'll hear about Lohse beating every major league team...
