    Future starting pitching has to be a major concern, but he did find us Meyer, May, and Pressly. Let's hope he finds another top prospect or so at the deadline. As I posted on another thread, we need Ryan to continue to perform his magic.

    Completely agree. Starting pitching in the minors is no longer the black hole, but we need to double the number of can't miss prospects to get to where we want to go. Terry Ryan needs to keep performing his magic.

    IMHO that is the remaining black hole in the organization. Believe they will take a SS with some pop with a future 1st pick. Until then go with International prospects.

    Can you provide us with some type of number to help us prove Butera is still a premier defensive catcher? It can't be opinion, nor must it be a fact. We can throw the game into extra innings with a justified belief. Also, what round do you have Vera going in?
