  1. Helps that Ober, and thus far, Zebby, are keeping them off the base paths.
  2. I think I heard on last night's broadcast that the Twins will miss him so there's that at least.
  3. OMG, Outman coming through. Go buy some lottery tickets.
  4. He looked dead to rights - good thing it was a bad throw.
  5. So weird seeing Sizemore as the 1B coach. Couldn't stand that guy when he played. Always killed the Twins.
  6. True, way more than anything we'd get from Bell - but my thought is the same, signing someone like Josh Bell does nothing for your team.
  7. Good job, Zebby. Should have a 2 or 3 run cushion but alas.
  8. Pete's hard hitting analysis is the reason I keep coming back.
  9. Caratini is in the same category although I guess if you squint, you can see a rationale for having your starting catcher in 2027 after Jeffers leaves and the Twins top catching prospect is probably 2 or even 3 years away.
  10. Josh Bell reminds me of some really dark days in Twins baseball when they would sign the likes of Jerald Clark, Kevin Maas, Dave Hollins, Roberto Kelly, et al. The most you can hope for is Bell gets on a heater and improves his trade value towards the deadline but even then, a Josh Bell trade, at best, gets you lottery ticket prospect. There's nothing to be gained and it creates a bottleneck that reduces opportunities for young players.
