Better late than never, but these are the types of moves they should’ve been making after the fire sale. Get some young guys up and start getting them used to a BP role. I like what I’ve seen from Morris so far.
Feel bad for Shelty but he knew what he was getting himself into. Same core lineup and the same results for the past three season. Zoll has some tough decisions to make.
The only thing I’ve seen is this per Dan Hayes:
Byron Buxton is out of the lineup for a third straight day, but he was on the field participating in baseball activities and generally in good spirits. #MNTwins
Love this from Pat Murphy on MLB Network:
"I want guys thinking they're everyday position players."
Brewers manager Pat Murphy talks about how he views platooning and lineup construction.
I’d rather see young guys but something needs to be done to make the IF defense better. He’s played 22 games at 2B, 5 at 3B, and 11 at SS. Outman, Gray, Clemens could easily be dropped. Keaschall could move to LF.
Dan Hayes:
Byron Buxton out of the lineup for a second straight game. But Derek Shelton thinks he’s trending in the right direction.
Trevor Larnach out a second straight game with upper back tightness.

Per Bobby N - Zebby Matthews is starting Thursday vs. Marlins, manager Derek Shelton confirmed.
Didn’t see a corresponding move, but hopefully it is Garcia DFA and they figure the next move later.
Bowman can opt out of his minor league contract on 5/17. He’s about the only former major leaguer pitching well for the Saints. At a minimum they should drop Garcia and bring him up.
