    I couldn't agree more with your disagreement. You have to dig awfully deep and put on rose colored glasses to see anything positive so far.

    Not sure I want them to "salvage" the season. That will just give them more ammo to repeat roster construction the same way year after year. Sign washed up vets, scrap heap pitchers, and keep the wallet fat. I think we need a total collapse at this point, and clean the house!

    Hitters need a hitting coach. So we really don't even need one with this roster.

    I'm sure Falvine has the owner convinced this is just a string of bad luck occurrences. They had everything in place to start the season. They traded for their fifth starter, cuz we already had 4 dependable ones, (insert laugh), picked up a few depth players, and constructed the best bullpen in the majors! I'm with Joffell, I saw trouble before the season started. You aren't going to improve by the means of subtraction.

    But, but, Jackson is one of those guys we couldn't believe was available to strengthen our bullpen and make it one of the best in the majors. We didn't have to spend money with guys like that just sitting there for the taking. Just ask around.

    In one respect, Falvine is limited by the Pohlads with a less than ideal budget. I would say the problems we are in are 75% Cheap A.. Pohlad for keeping his money under his pillow and 25% Falvine for the HORRIBLE management of the money they do get. The acquisitions and "trade" they did do before the season were questionable at best. A terrible roster construction. If I were Falvine, I would leave the keys on the desk and get the He... out of town.

    55 year twin fan. Didn't go to a game last year and won't go to a game this year. If you need a baseball fix like I do, I suggest high school games and road trips to minor league games. The Twins won't get my business back until some heads roll.

    Must be quite a luxury for other teams to dip to the bottom of your pitching depth and throw them against the Twins and still have a better than 50% chance of winning.

    Well since he isn't playing the outfield, he shouldn't have to run at all. You can walk to the batters box and walk back to the dugout.
