Hunter never could stay on sides.
  2. Joe A. Preusser
Makes one wonder about the pics that weren't supposed to be deleted....do game threads have to be PG rated?

No bread or rice? Gluten or carbs?

Nice to hear someone other than a fifth grader sing the National Anthem.

Now that you've thought of it, how could you not?

Lot of gold be mined in pee talk. Licking isn't bad either.

Isn't it a given that everyone wants to play ghostbusters all the time?
  8. Joe A. Preusser
Not knowing them helps. Too much intimacy is an impediment to easy flow.

I also am discouraged from licking people who are not my spouse. Where I pee is my business.

A lot of borderline disrespect being thrown towards these two players in this thread. I for one appreciate their contributions this past year and hope they can continue playing the game they love, either with MN or another club. We can argue all offseason about where they should fit on (or off) our roster, but my take is that most fans on here devalue their caliber of player. Every team in the majors has players like them filling roles in AAA or at the end of their MLB bench. If we currently have better options, great, so be it. But let's treat them with the respect they deserve, not like disposable commodities.

I thought every day was S&^T on Scherzer day? SOS...I like it.

Anyone else like "Abby Normal" for a new RB nickname?

I believe our professional coaches will have much more success teaching a 3rd and/or 4th pitch to a kid than a college coach. That is basically the difference for these guys, 2 dominant pitches instead of the 3 or 4 you need to start. What's the worst that could happen, they can't do it and we get another young, cheap, good reliever?

Just remember, this is all Andy's fault. Hughes himself gets the credit for a good year, but any bad performance is on the pitching coach.

    Major league?
  16. Joe A. Preusser
I think they make a cream for that.

He knows the return route from the batters box to dugout better than any other guy in the majors. You cant buy experience like that.

Ryan: Whats the problem, Floriman is exactly half the hitter Hicks is. Gardy: Is it time for Molli to take over yet?

I agree with Shane, there is no development value in sending him to AAA. He just looks so list though, it boggles the mind how different he looked just weeks ago. 2-3 more games, no more. He has to earn his spot just like everyone.

Pino projects extremely well in the pen for us. And he is insurance if a starter goes down. I'd like to see him in a Twins uni for years.
  21. Joe A. Preusser
Santana? I would think as long as he keeps hitting and playing a passable CF he will stay up?

Hughes, Nolasco, Gibson, Meyer, May. That is a rotation that could bring home a championship with a good offense.
  23. Joe A. Preusser
I keep remembering Denny Hocking and his slap-bunts. If he can do that, even I could lay down a bunt down third.
  24. Joe A. Preusser
Correia can get cash back, and we remove a road block at the MLB level for May or Meyer. That is not worthless. And I actually like Correia.

He's a baby. He's a fetus. Until I see AA success I am guarded. That goes the same for Thorp and the rest. Very excited about his potential, but let's calm down a bit.
