  1. I used my service creds so that is probably why.
  2. That is interesting because I have the app and have been able to watch all the Twins games so far this season.
  3. Mahle 4, Maeda 5, Ober Long Relief/#6 starter. Tyler Mahle is a really good pitcher when he is on his game and that is why he is a definite starter in the rotation. I think Maeda is also pretty much certain even though I would rather have Ober start every 5 days over him. I think to start Ober will be in a long relief role. If we are in contention by September that is when he hits the rotation. If we make it to October I am starting him at full speed.
  4. If I were the Twins right now I would have Edouard Julien start as DH/UT type roll and possibly stick with that all season.
  5. I may have a really beneficial proposal for the Twins. As we may already know Edwin Diaz has suffered a season ending injury and that the Mets are looking at his brother to be a replacement. Here is where things get interesting though, what if the Twins go after him? The Reds have been a huge trade partner in recent years and we have gotten Gray, Mahle, and Farmer in trades that have been great for us. What if we went after Alexis Diaz in a trade to make the pen one of the best in the league? Here is my trade. Twins get: RHP Alexis Diaz Reds get: LHP Caleb Theilbar, OF Matt Wallner, RHP Emilio Pagan Thoughts?
  6. I should have specified this in the initial post but this was just an idea. I am going to be honest now that I think about it this is a terrible idea. They would be nice players to have on the team but I realize that I may be overpaying for them.
  7. What is the issue with this trade? Tyler O’Neill is a million times better than Max Kepler and Tarik Skubal has really high upside. If you were making this trade what players do you think would be best to get a deal done?
  8. I saw a trade proposal on BTV that had the Cardinals sending Lars Nootbaar to the Twins. They have a huge plethora of outfielders who are righties. However there is a bit of an issues as we have Max Kepler in right field. Which leads to the Tigers entering the conversion. They have lefty Tarik Skubal in their rotation and there are no lefties in our rotation. So here it is. Twins receive: OF Tyler O’Neill and LHP Tarik Skubal Cardinals receive: RHP Bailey Ober and RHP Chris Paddack Tigers receive: OF Max Kepler and OF Emmanuel Rodriguez Thoughts?
  9. Lee and Lewis but Lee first. I genuinely think that Lee by the end of the season could be the starting 3rd baseman for 2024 and then extend him and Lewis would be the perfect fit at second after Polanco leaves. If we are talking now I would would extend all four of Ryan, Ober, Duran, and Miranda.
  10. I meant when Knebel returns. Should have specified that
  11. He should have been traded at the deadline. We need to straight up release him and sign a better reliever. There are still several on the market that would be improvements over anything pagan has. I would replace him with either Knebel or Britton but most likely Knebel due to actually playing and not being nearly 40
  12. I see your point. It seems though that when he has been healthy though he has been really good. The last two years are equivalent to 69 innings (solid for a reliever) he has a 2.94 ERA
  13. I know that the twins already have enough in the bullpen however I think that there is one more arm we could add and that is Corey Knebel I think that if we trade Pagan (or even just outright release him) and replace him with Knebel the teams pitching staff could be in the top half of the AL. We have a solid rotation with Lopez, Ryan, Gray, Mahle, and Maeda and with Knebel, Jax, Lopez, and Duran in the pen this could be a playoff ready staff if all goes well.
  14. Corbin Burnes is upset with Brewers per MLB Trade Rumors. A trade could be incoming, should the Twins jump in on the opportunity? Here is my proposal (it will probably take a lot to get a deal done) Brewers get: Lewis, Rodriguez, Winder, Julien, and Maeda Twins get: Corbin Burnes This trade was listed as a moderate overpay on BTV. However I feel like because of the high level hitting prospects that are being given up could get the deal done. We have a logjam in the infield and corner outfield spots so it makes sense and I would rather have Lee over Lewis or Julien.

  16. Our bullpen is solid as it is right now. All we need to do is sign Chafin, Knebel, and Fulmer. Then we got a great team and a possibly better pen then division rivals in Cleveland and Chicago.
  17. Exactly there are still multiple options for bullpen. Fulmer, Knebel, Chafin, and Hand would all be guys I would like to see. There are also trade possibilities for David Bednar.
  18. Guess that is where we replace Celestino with Kepler most likely maybe toss in Wallner too.
  19. I like Glashow and Springs for the rotation. What if we move Ober, Maeda, Celestino, and Pagan for both of them?
  20. Any deal involving Arraez for Lopez I would reject. I would do Kepler and Larnach and maybe Pagan (just to get rid of him, cause he was a mess) for Lopez.
  21. I realize that. It was the first thing that popped into my head. I think it would at least take Martin, Kepler, and Pagan
  22. They can’t and here is why. 1. He won a batting title. Did the Twins trade Joe Mauer and Rod Carew? No! Why trade Arraez? 2. I have been browsing around the forums and I have seen multiple people comparing Arraez’s hitting to Tony Gwynn. If you had Tony Gwynn on your team would you trade him? No probably not. If they end up trading him for Pablo Lopez it would probably end up being one of the worst trades in franchise history. So here is my proposal for Pablo Lopez Twins get: Pablo Lopez Marlins Get: Max Kepler, Emilio Pagan, Austin Martin, and Royce Lewis Thoughts?
  23. The only place he will contribute is Oakland. Would’ve traded him last offseason and had Miranda start opening day last year.
  24. What would you think if the Twins extended Arraez? I would be all over it and would go Alex Anthopoulos on him and sign him to a long term yet cheap contract similar to Michael Harris’ extension 8-9 years 72-81 million.
  25. Should the Twins have traded Jose Berrios?
