  1. 50 pitches to get through the order once yikes.
  2. With 4 lefties in the pen it would be kinda nice if one of them could be a loogy. edit: forgot Theilbar was back in AAA so 3 lefties.
  3. Billie http://abcnews.go.com/images/GMA/abc_gma_billy_mays_090629_mn.jpg
  4. The fare the fair lady paid to get to the fair wasn't really fare and she hoped she would fare better in the future.
  5. To early to start selling prospects, I think ideally you wait until Buxton, Sano, and a top of the rotation starter (Berrios or Meyer) have got some traction in the majors. Once they are starting to produce supplement the team where need and opportunity presents itself.
  6. I like it. Rosario gets his first taste of the majors and it isn't a big deal if he gets sent back down later (like Polanco last year) and Hicks gets to continue to build on his success, he has been bounced around enough let him get a good half season in. Arcia sure gets hurt a lot for as bulky and solid a person he is, and right when he was starting to hit as well.
  7. The defense was his big question mark in the minors, and then they played him in center for half a year, so I have no problem giving him ample time to figure things out. He might not be able to stick at short in the long run but give him every opportunity to do so because there isn't really any other place to play him.
  8. Just shuffling of deck chairs waiting to be replaced. Hughes, Gibson, May are the only ones I'm worried about being in the rotation. The rest are varying degrees of 5th starter cannon fodder.
  9. Perkins is the only reliever I have any trust in, this bullpen is so sad.
  10. Please just admit your mistake already TR and put the damn trees back in center field, I can't handle much more of this!
  11. If Pelfry is really back to his old self then we should expect a guy that hovers around 4.5 - 5 era and pitches about 6 innings a start. May certainly shouldn't be sent down in favor of him and Meyer should be handed his spot as soon as he claims it.
  12. There is good reason to not be happy with them.
  13. And there we go, poked the bear, now we get to see if they Royals are going to go nuts again.
  14. Lol did that really just happen. Your pushin 40 Torii please take that into account when deciding to steal home.
  15. Does anyone have Tonya Hardings number?
  16. Nice, I work at a brewery, albeit in the kitchen, craft beer is awesome. If I had the space or money for a decent setup I would love to home brew, will probably just start with cider since it can be done cheaply.
  17. Its going to be a long wait for that to ferment, might want to avoid twins games for a week.
  18. Cannabis --------- Basil Rosemary Sage ---------- Everything else ----------- Cilantro
  19. He just needs some blood stains and a big revolver and hes almost Rick Grimes.
  20. The American version appears to be tainted by some horrific sound pollution.
  21. Today's commercial breaks have brought me approximately 763% more Rihanna than I ever wanted in my life, and its only the 5th inning.
  22. TR was good at being a small market gm playing in a small market division, he is a good dumpster diver, and doesn't normally get fleeced in trades. However his free agency track record/ player evaluation is bad. He avoids risk to an extreme degree and only targets players that fit his model. His model and the chances of it succeeding today are stuck back in the metrodome. Its time for TR to be replaced and it needs to be fresh blood, with a modern analytical approach, from outside the organization. The AL central isn't the floundering division it once was and the Twins are not going to compete in it by penny pinching and dumpster diving.
