    I'm with you, but I'd never assume anything with our manager.

    I don't want to harsh anyone's mellow, but I just want everybody to be prepared. I just read on MLB, that Pagan is healed, "feeling good", and ready to pitch again. Rocco is quoted as saying it could even be tonight, if the situation comes up. Let's hope it doesn't.

    Agreed...being on the IL didn't help Kep, or the team...but he's not helping us by playing either. It's time to get Wallner back up here and out in RF.

    Did I miss something? Did CC "come on" overnight? I have no doubt that he'll start to pick it up relatively soon, but he's not doing much yet.

    I'm all for dazzle taking an extended vacation...but not for Atteberry to take over. For me, he's like fingernails on a chalkboard including all the cliches

    What if I'm not particularly impressed? Somehow, they're over .500...the smoke and mirrors seem to be working, along with our starting pitchers. The hitting has been putrid, and the bullpen is all over the place. Who knows what the manager is going to do on any given day. It looks to me, like an 81-81 team, and I hope that we're even that good. Amazingly, that could be enough to win the division. Hard to believe, but very true.

    I think I'm gonna have to switch over to the Beverly Hillbillies for a half hour. This game is going south pretty fast.

    Yeah...Kep is good defensively, but most of the time he's really hurting us at the plate. He should be sitting.

    My pop was in the Navy at the tail end of the Korean "Conflict". He was a firefighter on the aircraft carrier USS Bennington, which later on was used to recover the unmanned Apollo 4 capsule in 1967. May God bless all who served, and who serve.

    I'd rather have Wallner in RF than Kep. I know that's probably unrealistic at this point, because the FO won't do it, but I wish Kep was gone. Trade him for whatever you can get. Great to see Lewis back. Maybe he can give us some kind of spark and plug one of the holes in our lineup.

    Three games in Hou next. Is under .500 possibly coming up?

    I'll settle for a couple BB's, a couple HBP's, a couple errors, a WP or two, a sac fly,..and whatever other way they can figure out how to score. If they want to add a couple hits in there, so be it.
