  1. They are the best professonal ball players if they have talent that goes beyond AAA.or even AA. If they are in the Bigs for three plus years, the blame lays on lack of talent or lack of psychology to adapt to Major League baseball. Part of the problem here is SO many here annoint them the saviours of the team on little league stats.
  2. When a player does not have the talent to adapt and succeed in the Majors, blame the coaches. Brilliant, but really is just calumny or at least projection.
  3. The team failed becausw Wallner, Larnach, Jeffers, Lewis sucked. To blame newby veterans is silly.
  4. Wallner and Julien are still here so I would not worry about newbies. When spring training arrives, then you may have reason to pee and moan.
  5. I will admit, the game would have been a bit more interesting, and even, if Brosmer had started.
  6. Not really. Definition: Someone or something that appears formidable but is ultimately harmless or powerless.
  7. Well Lee would have to be really, really bad to not be the SS.
  8. Yada, yada , yada. Vikings fans want to see the team win, period. So who cares about so called draft BS , except maybe here..
  9. There is none of the specter blocking now , or any time. No one else was good enough for the job, ask Clemens, so Bell i s here.
  10. What does Kwzn have to do with Martin, If you are going to compare choose semi-realistic person to compare to. Martin is not even remotely like Kwan.
  11. He is Nothing like Kwan, to Any degree. He is not even close to as good as Cave was; to say he is like Kwan is just plain silly.
  12. Same back at ya!
  13. NO! To say he looks more like Jake Cave's first two years would be an insult to Jake.
  14. He is not error prone, so far, but his lack of range leaves a large hole at Short Stop.
  15. Watching rookies flail is not exciting. That is a very poor infield , while Bell is a crap-shoot. The boys you have in the outfeld are at best, average in Minor League. Joey Wallner at DH, oh boy. As I said, Castle in the Sky.
  16. Taylor, Farmer, France, Santana were all dissed by the majority of posters here, but the year they were picked up, they did very well. Time will tell if hte Twins get another bargain buy; do not go off on a Margot rant as he was the odd ball out; even Joey Gallo gave them a good early season performance before he became a Wallner.
  17. Well Two years ago, it was the quite common Minn. Twins Sept. collapse; this year it started a LOT earlier. Time will tell, but then France, Bader and a gaggle of other decent players were cut loose; that was a difference, to a degree.
  18. Once again the newbie rookies will save the day; that has worked out SO well in the past five or more years. Once again a Castle in the Air rules the site. Spring Training will give a hint as to, what is what, May Whine in Dec. is just a bit silly.
  19. A very Merry Christmas to one and all. It IS a nice white Crhistmas which make every thing like it should be. Froeliche Weihnachten !
  20. No this is about Sano, not Wallner.
  21. Lee is there because ,as not good as Lewis is at 3rd, Third is the only place they can put him. Lee's first year he was at 3rd and did well, that, is where he should be.
  22. The Twins did not improve or ruin any one, they did either themselves.
  23. Now the Japanese fans can watch baseballs go in orbit.
