Is anyone at the game , i heard the vendors were striking tonight ...
  3. Blyleven2011
That was a bad pitch , not where zebby wanted to locate that change up , not to Ohtani ...

It was a exciting road trip , 5-1 win/loss and the offense , the heat must of loosened their joints , better defense too , pitching is not the strength that started the season but it's growing pains with the youth , sometimes we get it done and sometimes we don't ... I for one thought we wouldn't get this close to 500 again , been lulled in before , guess I'll see where this goes ... Larnach had a blunder in todays game but I think credit is due to Sizemore , larnach has improved on his defense ... Jackson and caratini , we are winning with these two behind the plate , what are our FO personal thinking about jeffers even if we get closer to 500 and above , can we win with jeffers traded and get something for him or keep him and he walks for nothing into free agency ... Please don't trade him to the Yankees ... Larnach has improved his performance offensively and defensively and his trade value has risen too , will anyone be ready and able to replace him if traded and the twins keep on winning ... Twins can trade him , phillies are legitiment contenders and are hurting for outfielders ...

Nice series win in front of 34 thousand fans t chase field on father's day ... I wonder what the twins would have drawn at Target field on father's day ... Pinch hit by bell to get the twins rolling , the twins start slow today and only got 3 hits off the rookie making his debut but they manage to get 8 hits and enough runs to win off snakes bullpen ... Credit our bullpen for getting the job done in a low scoring game ... Team effort , Parades wasn't on his game but managed to keep us in the game until the bats came alive ... Great road trip , let's hand the million dollar dodgers some losses at Target field , 3 games under 500 , is it possible we get there ...

Jackson is looking better at throwing out runners , when he first came up he wasn't doing well in the running game ... More playing time makes you better ...
  7. Blyleven2011
Bell loves rbi's , gets us on the board to start us on a crooked number ...
  8. Blyleven2011
Did he hit a 2 run homerun or hit 2 homeruns in the same inning ...
  9. Blyleven2011
You can count , suppose to be no math i keep hearing others say ..
  10. Blyleven2011
Corbin knows , I would take 8 players to field every positions but pitcher and bat them 1 through 9 , DH included ... Corbin seems knows how to play this game with his baseball smarts ...
  11. Blyleven2011
    Called inconsistency ...
  12. Blyleven2011
Buxton is losing mvp votes when he can't drive in rbi's when they matter ...
  13. Blyleven2011
Can a we give credit to Sizemore for help larnach improve on defense , some players are teachable , but some aren't and in AAA ...
  14. Blyleven2011
You are right walks haunt , marte had a nice pitch to drive ...
  15. Blyleven2011
Yep , it finally caught up to me , I no longer climb trees and I won't roof a house like I did mine last summer , it put some aches in my knees ... I have no concerns about buxtons play as long as hes healthy , if hes accurate on his throw to the cut off man I'll take that plus his defense in center and his offense he generates when healthy , knock on wood ... Grand slam last night for Buxton, he'll be fine for some years ... I too think Cody Christie shouldn't quit his day job ...
  16. Blyleven2011
Not pretty at all when you face a position player and don't score .
  17. Blyleven2011
Lawrence is not a pitcher , no control or command ...
  18. Blyleven2011
That is not good news , his 2 rehab starts were good , sounds kinda like Mahle after we acquired him and that didn't turn out well ...
  19. Blyleven2011
The lady can sing now .... Goodnight , AND WE'LL SEE YOU TOMORROW NIGHT ...
  20. Blyleven2011
Koskie still playing on it , ge was last year ...
  21. Blyleven2011
Prielipp shaky but is working through it , low 50s in pitches .. Will he go 5 or 6 tonight ...
  22. Blyleven2011
Those were 2 nice catches by the outfield bur caratini hit a homer is alot better
  23. Blyleven2011
I kinda agree too , gray has never really had an opportunity to play much in MLB , the twins of course have given him the opportunity to play , hes got more at bats , homers , rbi's than he ever had , so for him I'm sure hes having a good time collecting a mlb salary , is Kreidler better defensively , probably , is his hitting or for that matter Gray 's hitting going be a plus , we will have to wait and see how long before Gray wears down and twins make a move ... He has won some games for us with the bat and does make a nice play ever sometimes ...
  24. Blyleven2011
Hour and a half before first pitch , I'm primed to stay awake for the game ... Looking forward to a first inning ambush we have seen the past few games , come out with a killer instinct ... Let's go twins, your sucking me back in again , for how long , that is to be determined ...
  25. Blyleven2011
I'm not going to speculate how many wins the twins are going to win , if they would have added less than 70 to the poll his spring I would have selected that ... Yes they are playing better baseball than anyone expected and if and it's a BIG IF , they are 500 at the end of the year , I would consider that a satisfying season , even finishing better than last years record would be an accomplishment ... The biggest improvement we made this past off season was replacing baldelli and falvey resigning , they were not winners ... I will say it again , jeffers will be definitely traded regardless ( no way are they offering a qualifying offer , they have 2 other catchers to fall back on ) and maybe a few others with no control after this year , six more weeks till deadline , we'll just have to wait and see how exciting and hungry the team is ... Consistency and killer instinct , do we have that in our roster ... Sheldon has this team playing better than _______ ....
