    I assume Escobar is the new Casilla starting next season, not much reason to keep lexi around. I'll never forgot 163.

    Milone averaged 8 K/9 in the minors and is at a respectable 6.5 in the majors. Hermsen is 4.9 K/9 at AA and will only get worse if he gets to the majors.

    33 year old 1B with an extensive injury history, no thanks. Plus I want to see what Parm can do in extended period (and Parm is no outfielder)

    If the rotation doesn't work out, he could be an intresting guy in the pen. Have him just focus on 2 pitches and hopefully that would help his walks.

    I personally think depending on Gibson for next season would be a mistake, let him get low leverage innings at AAA for a majority of the year.

    Yeah I'd say so, if the Twins could get a guy like Shoppach that would be a pretty damn good backup platoon. Doumit and Shoppach and mixing Joey in there from time to time. Hell finally getting rid of Sal's kid would be worth it alone.

    I'm just giving you **** man, it's no big deal. The one thing that makes me question if Doz will ever be a starting player is controling the strike zone. He was so good in the minors at talking walks and rarely striking out and now that seems like the complete opposite since he's been in the majors. I didn't expect him to come up and rake right away, but I thought he'd walk enough to be valuable still he figured things out.

    Even when Ploufee is back I'd stil keep Valencia around. A little 3rd, give Morneau a day off against lefties at 1B, Doumit's OPS is about .150 points lower against lefties so he could DH some too and I'll take his bat off the bench. There's still a role for Valencia in the major.
