I was telling my buddy yesterday when the Twins were still in first place that there's likely never been as much apathy, disgust, and outrage over a first place team this late in the season.

Initial reaction: Meltdown Several hours later: A mixture or rage and resignation that nothing has changed.

Twins now have two pitchers that have thrown no hitters, plus Matt Belisle. Winning.

Very fitting that they finally end the madness on a ball that hits the base runner.

The bullpen is like the Jason Voorhees of baseball. No matter how fast you try and run away they will still kill you.

Pinch running for Vargas in a three run game. You just insist on doing this, don't you, Paul? Please tell me one benefit of doing this.

Molitor does this ALL THE TIME!!! His first season he did it more than once when Sano was not even the tying run. One of many things that irks me about Molitor, the manager.
