    There was never any questions he could hit Double AA pitching.

    Benson doesn't have the hit for average tool and I'm not sure speed is much a tool anymore.

    That might be one in the same or close enough they decide to draft a pitcher over an everyday player.

    Both Pelfrey and Corriea complained about arm soreness. I could see with a poor outing tomorrow Pelfrey going on the DL and Gibson being called up.

    Perhaps we got our hopes up that a 29 year old CF with a career OPS+ of 102 was going to bring back a top of the rotation starter.

    Justin Morneau seems the most likely. The problem is he doesn't look like he's going to back up the talk with a two home run game and carry the team to a win.

    What would be the point of the Twins either eating salary and getting better prospects or taking lesser prospects and not getting nearly the deserved return for an All-Star player?

    The problem with Anderson at this point is complacency and more of a personal opinion laziness. Perhaps he's tired of working with borderline starters who have no other choice but to pitch contact.

    Pinto hit is 8th homer of the season. Logan Darnell with a decent start. Only 5 K's and 10 hits allowed but he went 8 and gave up only 3 runs.

    It might be that I never noticed, but looking at some of the Rock Cat box scores there seems to be more veteran minor leaguers in class AA.

    I heard the TK interview on 1500 when he said Buxton was the fastest player he's seen. To be honest I was hoping for more of a baseball compliment from TK.

    More balls in play are likely going to lead to more double plays. Mauer had a horrible time with double plays the first part of 2012. Second half he cut dramatically down and his K rate went up. This years he's only hit into one and his K rate is horrible for the type of hitter Joe Mauer is.
